After a stint of being away from the computer, I have resolved to return to my previous status of working on the Veterans Series of splash screens.

Here is my latest in the series entitled Defoil.  Hope you enjoy and if there are any special requests, just let me know.

It seems that uninformed individuals who lurk at the "Kde-Look.org" site, where the file was listed have decided that remembering our Veterans and their sacrifices is not as important as their own views.  How soon we forget the injustices that were placed upon Vietnam Veterans from Americans at home.

This screen has been made under and tested in PC Linux.  Should there be any problems, contact me and I'll try and help out.

I have moved all files for this series to the MediaFire servers, making it easier to acquire the screens .

Okay, it has been pointed out to me that the "Vietnam Dustoff" Ksplash screen which I started out this series with, is made for someone who is a Vietnam Veteran, because of the wording I used.  Specifically, the words "To My Brothers & Sisters".

It is true that I am a Vietnam Veteran and made the screen for myself and others to use.  I realize that the wording is not appropriate for others who are not Vietnam Veterans and have made changes to the original screen.

I have modified the original "Dustoff " screen so that anyone can place it on their computers, hence the "Dustoff 2" ksplash screen, with the wording "Dedicated To The Brave Men & Women Who Gave Their All".

Well, finally have my first Ksplash screen completed.  It is called "Vietnam Dustoff", and is the first in the Vietnam Series of screens.  Hope you all enjoy!

Vietnam Series

My first project will be called the Vietnam Series.  Created to honor my brothers and sisters, all who are still with us, and to those who have already passed.

If there is a certain design, a picture you would like to see, or a special Veteran you want to dedicate a screen to, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss a project.
